Welcome to the Brisbane History Group

The Brisbane History Group was formed in February 1981 to encourage and promote the study of Brisbane’s history. We welcome people of all ages and from all walks of life to participate in our activities. Membership brings with it a number of benefits and if you have an interest in history we encourage you to join. One of our 2017 projects is to develop the Resources page to provide online access to the Library database and an updated version of Timeline.  If you have any suggestions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us.
